You provide us with the amount of cryptocurrency needed to cover the remaining purchase price. Meanwhile, standard real estate inspections, appraisals, and title searches occur during your due diligence period, which typically takes 7-10 days. We facilitate the conversion of your cryptocurrency into U.S. dollars on the scheduled date—typically a few days prior to closing—through our institutional exchange partners and established banking relationships, maintaining full compliance with all KYC and AML regulations.
Once the conversion is complete, the converted fiat currency is deposited into the escrow account, where it's held until closing. Client sends the main crypto transfer to the approved wallet. Moneytka converts it to USD through institutional partners and wires proceeds directly to the title or escrow company. The transaction closes as a standard cash deal with full documentation.
